Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about shipping, returns, refunds and other topics.

ORDER

Placing an order with us is easy: Simply add the item to your shopping cart and click on “Order”. You will be logged in automatically and guided through the three-step ordering process (address - payment method - confirmation). You can also place an order without a customer account by continuing as a guest and completing the ordering process (your data - payment - order).

Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This contains the items ordered, your delivery and billing address, and the selected payment method. Your order will then be shipped, and we hope that you are satisfied with the items. If this is not the case, you can of course initiate the return process.

Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse. Since processing is very fast, a cancellation may sometimes no longer be possible after just a few minutes. The easiest way to cancel is via your customer account by selecting the cancellation option. Please note that you can only cancel all items of a planned delivery. If you have multiple deliveries, you will need to cancel each one individually. After your request, you will receive an email with the status of your cancellation request.

In principle, there is no minimum order value in our online shop. However, there may be a minimum order value for some payment methods, and you will be informed of this during the ordering process.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We usually deliver immediately available items within 5 to 12 business days.

You can check whether you have placed your order correctly using the confirmation that we sent you by email. If you have created a customer account, please log in to the website and view your orders under “Order”. If you have any questions, you can contact our customer service team at any time by emailing info@modenorth.com.

We ship our items in Canda in partnership with Canda Post, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to all regions.

You can, of course, also have your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, e.g. to your workplace or to a pick-up point. To do so, simply select one of the offered payment methods and enter the desired delivery address in the “Delivery address” section.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address retrospectively. Since orders are processed immediately, we cannot guarantee a change. If the specified delivery address cannot be found or your order cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will pay you the corresponding amount via the payment method selected when you placed your order.

RETURN & REFUNDS

If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps to initiate the return process:

1. Send an email via the “Contact Us” section on the website

2. Make sure the email includes the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return request
- Photo of the product in case of breakage
- First name + last name of the customer.
- Address of the customer

We will contact you to provide you with the return address.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund for the amount of the invoice within 14 days using the same payment method you used for your order.

Cancellations are possible as long as your order has not yet been processed by the warehouse. The easiest way to cancel is via your customer account by selecting the cancellation option. Please note that only all items in one delivery can be canceled. If your order is split into multiple deliveries, you will need to cancel each delivery individually. After your request, you will receive an email with the cancellation status.

If an item we have delivered is damaged, defective or does not meet requirements in any way, you can of course complain about this and return the item to us free of charge using the returns note. You can find all the information about returns under “How do I make a return?”

At Mode North, you can return items within 30 days of receipt. For details on the right of withdrawal, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). Please note that returns processed through the post office are processed faster than those processed through a relay or consignment point.

The refund will always be paid out using the payment method you have chosen. If you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount for the returned items directly to your credit card account. If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.

PAYMENT

Google Pay is available as a payment method for iOS and Android devices in our app and in your phone's browser. You can select this payment method in the payment field. It is accessible from all browsers and you can pay with a linked payment card. To pay with Google Pay, proceed as follows:1. Add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout. Google Pay will be available as a payment method.2. You can still enter a voucher code in the field provided.3. After you have selected the payment method, select “Continue” and then “Order and pay now”.4. You will be redirected to Google Pay, where you can select the card you want to use to pay.5. Please that your order details are correct, then complete your order using touch ID/face ID or by entering your access code.6. Once you have confirmed the payment, the confirmation page will appear and you will receive an email confirming your order.Please contact us if you need help with your order or payment.

Apple Pay is available as a payment method for iOS devices in our app and in the online mobile store. You can select this payment method in the payment section. It is accessible via Safari and you can pay with a linked payment card. To pay with Apple Pay, please follow these steps: 1. Add the products you want to buy to the cart and proceed to the checkout. Apple Pay will be available as a payment method if your device is running iOS.2. You can still enter a voucher code in the field provided.3. After you have selected the payment method, select “Continue” and then “Order now and pay”.4. You will be redirected to Apple Pay, where you can select the card you want to pay with. 5. Please check that your order details are correct, then complete your order using Touch ID/Face ID or by entering your passcode. 6. Once you have confirmed the payment, the confirmation page will appear and you will receive an email confirming your order. Please contact us if you require assistance with your order or payment.

You can choose between the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMX), Google Pay, Apple Pay or PayPal.

There may be various reasons why you are unable to make a payment by credit card. These include general technical problems, input errors, problems with the validity of your card, etc. We offer you the following alternative payment method: PayPal.

If you have selected PayPal or a credit card as your payment method, the order will only be completed after the payment process has been successfully completed. For this reason, the payment confirmation will be displayed directly in your browser window.
